Workshops for Women’s Groups & Parent Communities

We offer workshops designed specifically for small groups of women, including mums, parent groups, and community wellbeing circles.

These sessions create a supportive space where women can reconnect with their wellbeing through movement, mindset, nourishment, hydration, and breathing. The focus is on simple, practical strategies that help manage the demands of daily life, family responsibilities, and personal health.

As a parent of three — teenage twins and an adult child — I understand first-hand how busy and demanding life can be. Balancing family, work, and personal wellbeing isn’t always easy, and often we simply need the time and space to reconnect with the basics that help us feel better. Sometimes a workshop like this is exactly the reminder we need to pause, reset, and prioritise our health again.

Workshops are relaxed, welcoming, and suitable for all abilities—no previous fitness experience is required.
