My coaching is for people who know something needs to change and are ready to take steps towards a healthier, stronger, and more balanced lifestyle. With experience as both a massage therapist and yoga instructor, I take a whole-body approach. I understand how the body moves, where tension builds, and how lifestyle habits affect how we feel day to day. My focus is on helping you move better, build healthier routines, and create sustainable change. One-to-one coaching is tailored specifically to you. Sessions may include movement coaching, yoga-based mobility work, posture awareness, and practical guidance to help you improve how your body feels and functions. This is not about quick fixes or extreme programmes. It’s about consistent, realistic changes that support your long-term health and wellbeing.
