Service Description
This session is designed to help you: Reduce pain and stiffness Improve mobility in hips, shoulders, and spine Recover properly between training sessions Train consistently without setbacks. What happens in your session: Assessment of how your body moves Focus on your specific pain or tightness Hands-on treatment (if in-person) + movement work Simple, practical advice you can use straight away You’ll leave knowing exactly what your body needs to improve. This session is ideal if: You lift weights or train BJJ regularly You feel tight, sore, or restricted You’ve had recurring niggles or injuries Your body is limiting your performance If that sounds like you—you’re in the right place.
